About Joanne Garcon
Joanne Garcon, MSN, APRN, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a strong background in interventional pain management. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where she worked on a surgical oncology unit. Joanne earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University, during which she co-authored the published research article, “Preventing Opioid Misuse and Potential Abuse: The Nurse’s Role in Patient Education.”
Following completion of her graduate education, Joanne gained several years of experience in interventional pain management before relocating to Illinois. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and focuses on helping patients improve function and quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
