About Ashlee Heid
Ashlee brings a diverse background in social work, nursing, critical care, and organ donation to her career in healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Sociology from Bradley University before returning to school to pursue nursing, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist College. She began her nursing career in the ICU before joining Gift of Hope, where she worked with organ donors and their families for several years. Her passion for patient care and continued professional growth led her back to school, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing. Throughout her career, Ashlee has remained committed to compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
